Repco’s Big New Bathurst TV Ad Roars Onto Screens Now

Repco has just unveiled its latest Bringin’ the Bathurst television ad, timed to the yearly madness that is the Bathurst 1000. It is bold, noisy and unmistakably Australian – exactly what you want when the biggest race of the year is about to breathe fire into Mount Panorama.
Shot Where It Matters
The commercial was filmed at the Mount Panorama Circuit with the place closed off for controlled recording. That means no stray tourists, no wandering sheep and no interfering drones. Just a racetrack, a camera crew and enough petrol enthusiasm to make your garage clock run faster.
A Holiday Tour That Loses Its Mind
On the surface it is a comic little tale about a holidaying couple taking a tour of the sacred circuit. On closer inspection it is a short film where common sense is politely asked to leave the building. Expect a sense of escalating mayhem – exactly the tone a Bathurst advert should have.
Familiar Faces And A Long-Awaited Reunion
The ad features a host of motor racing stars from Australia and New Zealand, and even includes the reigning Bathurst 1000 winner. It also stages a reunion that has been two decades in the making – the two drivers who collided and exchanged words at The Cutting back in 2005 are back on the mountain, given the chance to settle that chapter once and for all.
Nods To History And Little Surprises
There are plenty of easter eggs for fans. The sequence pays tribute to historic moments from the race and underlines Repco’s long-running connection to the Bathurst enduro. If you blink you might miss a wink to the sport’s more notorious episodes, so watch twice.
Where And When To Watch
The advert is now airing on television networks and online. The Repco Bathurst 1000 itself takes place at Mount Panorama from 9 to 12 October 2025. If you are going to be trackside, keep an eye out for the Repco Bathurst Tour Bus – it tends to attract people with a penchant for merchandise and free coffee.
Repco’s Bringin’ the Bathurst adverts began in 2021 and have become a yearly ritual – irreverent, affectionate and a touch overblown in the best possible way. They exist to celebrate the race, the fans and the peculiar joy of cars being driven hard where they were meant to be driven.
