Tineco Unleashes Its Latest At IFA 2025

Berlin’s IFA is a bit like Glastonbury for people who get excited about plugs, switches and shiny things that clean your floor. Every September, the German capital fills with tech obsessives clutching tote bags, coffee, and wide-eyed hope that someone has finally solved their tangled-cord problem. Last night, Tineco showed up with enough new kit to make even the most stubborn dust bunny pack its bags.

The company, which has sold more than 19.5 million appliances across the globe, has built a reputation for making clever machines that quietly slot into daily life. Unlike some brands that throw a Wi-Fi chip into a toaster and call it innovation, Tineco actually thinks about how people live, and how they would rather not spend all weekend scrubbing mud off the tiles. At IFA 2025, it showed off three new flagships with names that sound less like appliances and more like members of a rock band: the FLOOR ONE S9 Scientist, the FLOOR ONE Station S9 Artist, and the PURE ONE A90S.

The Scientist

This is not your run-of-the-mill mop. The S9 Scientist comes with something called StreakFree, which basically means it scrapes away water so effectively your floors are drier than an American bar at last call. It uses Tineco’s iLoop tech to fiddle with suction and water flow on the fly, so you do not have to think about whether your floor is hardwood, tiles, or some regrettable shag carpet. Then there is HydroBurst, a 15 degree water jet that blasts at stubborn stains like it is trying to power wash a barbecue plate.

It is also loaded with features you did not know you needed until now. Triple sided edge cleaning gets into those awkward corners where crumbs go to hide, SmoothDrive keeps it gliding without effort, and the 90 degree swivel makes it feel more like steering a video game controller than dragging around a vacuum. Add an 11 centimeter thin body to squeeze under couches, LED headlights to spot the fluff you missed, and a runtime of up to 75 minutes, and you have got a gadget that takes domestic drudgery and turns it into something oddly satisfying.

The Artist

If the Scientist is the brains, the Artist is the diva. This is Tineco’s first floor washer with an integrated station, and it is not shy about pampering itself. Dock it after use and the station does not just charge the unit, it refills it with hot water and activates a FlashDry Self Cleaning System that now uses steam to properly sanitize the machine. Translation: your mop is now having a spa day while you put your feet up.

What is impressive is how it combines the same core smarts as the Scientist with this added layer of hands free convenience. It is the definition of set and forget. For anyone who has ever left a dirty mop head to fester in the laundry sink (and regretted it a day later), this is the appliance equivalent of redemption.

The Muscle

Finally, the PURE ONE A90S. This is the muscle car of the lineup, packing 270AW of suction power, which is more than enough to inhale a year’s worth of pet hair or the aftermath of an ill advised craft project. The new 3DSense Master Brush combines DustSense, EdgeSense, LightSense and Floor Type Detection to make sure you get maximum cleaning efficiency no matter what surface you throw at it.

Better still, Tineco has baked in Clogless Master tech and a ZeroTangle Brush, so you will not spend half your Saturday hacking away at hair wrapped around a roller. Add a 3D Light Display and an LED screen that guides you in real time, and suddenly vacuuming looks and feels like piloting a spaceship.

Why It Matters

Tineco’s CEO Ling Leng summed it up neatly: “We are thrilled to bring a new portfolio of products to market at IFA 2025, underscoring our commitment to delivering advanced technology that redefines how consumers upkeep their homes.” That is corporate speak for: housework is a pain, and these gadgets should make it less so.

It is easy to scoff at smart cleaning tools, but the truth is they have become part of everyday life. If you have ever used a robot vacuum, you know how quickly you get addicted to coming home to clean floors without lifting a finger. Tineco is not just throwing extra suction at the problem, it is layering intelligence, design, and convenience to the point where cleaning almost becomes brag worthy. Almost.

For those who want more, Tineco’s booth also included other curiosities, from the Carpet One Cruiser to smart kitchen gear like the Chiere One Biz and a water dispenser that looks like it came straight from a sci fi film set. But the big three, Scientist, Artist, and A90S, are the headline acts.

They will hit global markets later this year. And when they do, your old mop and bucket might finally be retired to the shed, where they belong, alongside the fondue set and that exercise bike you never used.
