What the Brilliant edition changes

Understand the health-feature limits
The current Australian manufacturer page makes a crucial distinction: temperature tracking shows changes from your usual pattern. It is not a medical thermometer and must not be used to detect fever or diagnose illness. That corrects the earlier suggestion that it could establish the onset of illness.
An ECG feature that looks for atrial fibrillation is not a complete assessment of heart health. Withings says its ECG app does not diagnose conditions or detect heart attacks. Ask which functions work without an optional subscription and whether the measurements you want are supported on your phone. Check whether route recording uses the phone’s GPS, and compare the stated battery test conditions with the features you intend to use.
